The Wine Guyz (a kickin' winebar and specialty wine/cheese shop in the coolest part of Lacrosse (that doesn't have a current) right next to Historic Piggy's Restaurant.)

Note: What a rockin' selection of wine (including hard-to-find-in-this-area sake) these "guyz" have. Their specialty cheese deli is "to-die-for" and on top of that they are so nice it's "not-even-funny."

Sand Creek Brewing Company (making some "real" beer in Black River Falls, WI)
